The problem
Multi-site employers were running their workforce on WhatsApp groups, paper sign-in sheets and spreadsheets that nobody trusted at the end of the month.
Managers spent their Mondays reconciling hours, chasing leave approvals and re-keying timesheets into payroll, and every new site multiplied the admin.
