Terms of Service – Blueinc Technologies / Perfex CRM Integration

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Google Drive integration within Perfex CRM, operated by Blueinc Technologies Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By connecting your Google account or using this integration, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

The Google Drive integration allows users to:

  • Connect their Google account securely via OAuth 2.0,

  • Attach, view, and manage Google Drive files directly from within Perfex CRM projects, and

  • Streamline project collaboration by linking Drive documents with project records.

The integration is designed for internal business use and does not share or make public any user or file data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the integration to store, distribute, or share unlawful or harmful content;

  • Attempt to access or manipulate other users’ Drive files;

  • Circumvent security measures or misuse access tokens;

  • Use the integration in violation of Google’s API Services User Data Policy.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent revocation of your integration access.

4. Data Access and Permissions

When authorizing the integration, the following permissions are requested:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file – Limited access to manage only files you select or create within the CRM.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email – Used to identify your Google account.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile – Used to display your name and profile information in the CRM.

We do not request or access emails, contacts, or any other private data from your Google account.

5. Security

We use OAuth 2.0 authentication and HTTPS encryption to protect your account and file data.
No file contents are stored on our servers — only essential metadata (file ID, name, and link) is used to display attachments within your CRM projects.

6. Termination

You may disconnect your Google Drive account at any time from within Perfex CRM or from your Google Account settings.
We may suspend or terminate access to the integration if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that compromises data security.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The integration is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, and we disclaim responsibility for any loss of data caused by third-party service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blueinc Technologies Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this integration.
