1. Overview

Blueinc Technologies Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a private instance of Perfex CRM, a secure project-management and collaboration platform.
This Privacy Policy explains how our application uses limited Google user data when you connect your Google account to attach or manage files from Google Drive inside Perfex CRM.

We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. Information We Access

When you connect your Google account, the app may request these OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — limited access to view and manage only the files you open or create with this integration.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email — to identify your Google account.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile — to display your name and profile photo within the CRM.

We do not request access to Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, or any other personal Google data.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To allow you to browse, attach, and view Google Drive files directly within Perfex CRM.

  • To associate attached files with your project records.

  • To display your name and profile picture in project activity logs.

We do not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to any third party.

4. Data Storage and Retention

No Google Drive files or contents are stored on our servers.
Only file metadata (such as file ID, name, and link) is temporarily cached to display attachments.
All tokens are encrypted and revoked automatically when a user disconnects their Google account.

5. User Control and Data Deletion

You may revoke the integration at any time by:

  • Visiting your Google Account → Security → Third-party Apps → Remove Access, or

  • Disconnecting Google Drive inside Perfex CRM.

Once revoked, all stored tokens and file metadata are deleted immediately.

6. Security Practices

We use HTTPS encryption and secure OAuth 2.0 authentication to ensure your information is transmitted safely.
Access to the system is limited to authorized Blueinc Technologies staff and verified CRM users only.
